Tashin is a Co-founder and Director of REL Finance. He has over 10 years’ experience in Banking, Corporate Law, Technology and Real Estate Development. He has been involved in credit lending and structuring in over US$300m of transactions and has lead project teams that have developed and deployed payment solutions such as mobile banking apps, payment gateways and core banking integrations. Prior to establishing REL Finance, Tashin began his career with FTC Global, a London Venture Capital Firm. During this period, Tashin specialised in early to mid-stage investments in technology and consumer sectors within the Direct Investment Department. Thereafter, Tashin joined I&M Bank (Uganda) Ltd (formerly Orient Bank Ltd) for 8 years and served in a variety of capacities from Project Manager, Head of Business and Executive Director. Tashin holds a BA Industrial Economics degree from the University of Nottingham.
